I am out of town for the next 36 hours and needed to get a quick run in to finish off my mileage for the month of February. While it was not as good a month for running as I might have wished, it still was the best February that I have recorded mileage for. So this was a good month over all.
I ran today for 3.05 miles, giving me 167.11 miles for the year.
The 1,000 mile pace bunny is at 164.4 miles
The 500 mile pace bunny is at 82.2 miles.
