I knew when I got up that I wanted to work a run into a busy Saturday. I had some office work needing to be done that had a time deadline of 10 AM. I also had a planned trip out of town where I needed to leave the house by 2 PM. In between I knew of 2 phone calls, a shower, lunch and a couple of little things needing to be done. When I found the right moment, I hurriedly got dressed in my running gear and got out the door for 4.05 very fast and enjoyable miles.
This gives me 153.55 miles for the year.
The 1,000 mile pace bunny is at 147.96 miles.
The 500 mile pace bunny is at 73.98 miles.
My next run marks a milestone and I am already excited about it.
