Another day....another run

Did you ever notice that the word "repetition" can be used for many of the areas of life that are so important to us? Often times it is the ability to stay faithful to the same objectives over a long period of time that makes us healthy and happy. My running is one such example. What gives health benefits from running is when you stay consistent with your workouts. Over time, these runs provide the basis for being healthy.

I was able to get in a run of 4.08 miles in on Saturday. This gives me 132.71 miles for the year. I did not run on Sunday.

The 1,000 mile pace bunny is at 131.52 miles.

The 500 mile pace bunny is at 65.76 miles.
