Running? That is not the problem. The problem is remembering to write in this blog to tell you. It suddenly dawned on me this evening that I had forgotten to record my run for the day.
It was really another beautiful day for doing winter running. Last year part of my problem for low mileage in the first quarter of the year was the cold weather. No problem in that area this year. We have had great weather.
I managed to get in a 4.05 mile run, giving me 112.15 miles for the year.
The 1,000 mile pace bunny is at 106.86 miles.
The 500 mile pace bunny is at 53.43 miles.
