I knew from the start that this was going to be a difficult day to manage a run. Because I am out of town tomorrow and may not get to run, I wanted to be sure to get today's run in.
When I woke up, it was raining and I decided to wait until later to run. By the time the rain had stopped, I was too busy to be able to break away for a workout. When I finally got the chance, my phone and the conversation with a neighbor almost made me miss the evening chance. However, with dark pressing in I was able to get in my miles for the day....4.07 miles giving me 164.06 miles for the year.
The 1,000 mile pace bunny is at 156.18 miles.
The 500 mile pace bunny is at 78.09 miles.
