I woke up this morning to find a neighborhood frozen in soft ice. It was very pretty but with more rain coming down I knew travel was going to be a challenge. Fortunately I had no reason to leave the house.
By noon time, the temperatures were at a comfortable 43 degrees and I got out for a great run. It was another one of those times when the running was easy and effortless.
I managed to get in 3.41 miles giving me 124.6 miles for the year.
The 1,000 mile pace bunny is at 120.56 miles.
The 500 mile pace bunny is at 60.28 miles.
