Running with caution

A predicted winter storm that meant freezing rain did not develop to the degree that was expected. However, temperatures hovered around the freezing level, making the possibility of slippery spots a very real possibility. As I went for my run for the day I kept this in mind. There were certain spots on the pavement that looked "slick" and could have been "black ice". Between my caution and the fact there probably was not really any ice, the run went fine.

I managed 3.19 miles which gives me 149.5 miles for the year.

The 1,000 mile pace bunny is at 145.2 miles.

The 500 mile pace bunny is at 72.6 miles.
