Today was the type of day that teases you into thinking that Spring has arrived. The fact that birds have returned and are chirping adds to the feeling but in reality I KNOW it is only a tease. In the next couple of days the temperatures are expected to drop again and we will be rudely brought back to the norm. However, that didn't stop me from enjoying the weather today. I noticed that I was not the only one who was out walking or running. This is a nice feeling for everyone.
I got out for the run later in the afternoon for 3.39 miles that gives me 159.99 miles for the year.
The 1,000 mile pace bunny is at 153.44 miles.
The 500 mile pace bunny is at 76.72 miles.
