It was a cool day in Virginia, but I managed to head out for a run late in the afternoon. The route I run in a nearby cemetary is a loop. There is one section where the cold wind was right in my face with each lap that I did. Thankfully, this was not what I faced the whole run.
3.2 miles today to give me 32.5 miles.
The 1,000 mile pace bunny is at 41.1 miles
The 500 mile pace bunny is at 20.5 miles.
