Last night we had tornado warnings with heavy rains and high winds. Today was the calm after the storm as it turned out to be sunny and warm. That made my late afternoon run extremely enjoyable. Once again a lot of people were out around enjoying the weather.
I ran 4.61 miles which now gives me 182.64 miles for the year.
The 1,000 mile pace bunny is at 178.1 miles.
The 500 mile pace bunny is at 89.05 miles.
